The US Senate confirms the appointment of Kavanaugh

The US Senate has definitively confirmed the appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, closing a long, controversial and controversial trial that lasted weeks. They voted favorably on the confirmation of Kavanaugh 50 senators, while 48 voted "no".
