The collaboration between the two companies was born in 2018 with the entry of Evolvere into the capital of PV Family as a minority shareholder to provide the financial resources necessary for the development of the startup. The acquisition of 100% of the capital aims to combine the offer of Evolvere and the digital community services of My Solar Family, in a market context that sees the spread of a new energy model, in which the consumer becomes also an energy producer, or prosumer.
Born in 2014, My Solar Family is a simple and intuitive digital platform, which allows the people of the Community to acquire greater awareness of the potential and performance of their photovoltaic system and at the same time keep under control the incentives received or the contribution for the exchange. in place of energy. Thanks to the integration with the Evolvere offer, members of the Community will be able to have a detailed and real-time analysis of the production and consumption of their plant, but also add an accumulation system to maximize self-consumption, and do so sustainable economic and environmental choices.
With this acquisition, Evolvere confirms its leadership in distributed generation from renewable sources in Italy and promotes the spread of a new energy model, decentralized and sustainable for the environment, which contributes to the energy transition underway.
