After the news on the Wall Street Journal that the US decided not to leave the Paris accords, completely changing direction than announced by President Donald Trump last June, the White House denied that punishment.
"There has been no change in the United States position on the Paris agreement, as the president has made clear, the US will retire unless they can go back to more favorable conditions for our country."
