The Carabinieri of the Labico Station, in collaboration with their colleagues from the Guardia di Finanza of Colleferro, have arrested a 29-year-old foreigner, seriously suspected of aggravated theft of cosmetic products and perfumes inside a supermarket in Labico.

The 29-year-old, resident in Rome, is seriously suspected of having stolen perfumes and cosmetics worth approximately 300 euros. This conduct did not escape the attention of the staff of the business who, first alerted 112, then noticed the 29-year-old hastily walking away, attracted the attention of a patrol of the Guardia di Finanza in transit who stopped him and handed him over to the Carabinieri who arrived a few minutes later.

The military personnel of the Labico Station acquired the video surveillance cameras of the business, which captured the conduct of the 29-year-old, then collected the complaint of the supermarket owner, to whom they returned all the stolen goods, and finally arrested the 29-year-old for aggravated theft, already known for similar acts. 

The arrest was validated by the Court of Velletri which postponed the trial to another date due to the request for the terms of defense requested by his lawyer.

It is important to point out that, given the state of the proceedings, the suspect must be considered innocent until a final sentence is reached.
