Dmitrij Peskov, spokesman of the Crem, told the television station "Rossija 1" that "such meetings take place, even if we do not realize it".
According to the spokesman for the Russian presidency, the head of state has a large number of contacts that are not of a public nature and are not announced, according to established practice. Peskov specified that "There are meetings about which we do not inform the media, just as there are several telephone conversations on which we do not make official announcements".
