The man had already been arrested some time ago by the Carabinieri, for the crime of stalking against the former companion and for this brought to the prison of Velletri.
Subsequently, at the request of his father 81enne, the 45enne was able to obtain authorization from the Surveillance Court to discount the precautionary measure at his father's home. But even here the man continued to have violent behavior, making the Carabinieri intervene on several occasions.
The soldiers in the various interventions have reconstructed the story by certifying, not only episodes of domestic violence against the 81enne, but also how the 45enne has continued to have persecutory behavior towards the former partner 28enne.
