Subsequently, from 18 to 26 April (every day from 9:30 to 14:00) - at the Calipari Auditorium of the General Management (viale Aldo Ballarin, 42) - the first 6 days of a training course divided into 7 teaching modules: Reception, Orientation, Engagement, Insertion, Accompaniment, Enhancement and Compulsory Training.
In particular, on 18 April, after the institutional greetings of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies and the Minister of Public Administration, the President, the Director General, the other top bodies of the Institute, the Directors of DC Human Resources will intervene and of the DC Formation and INPS Academy.
In the following days, Central and Territorial Directors will give their contribution who - in the context of meetings, round tables and video testimonials - will illustrate to the new recruits topics of importance for the Institute, within wide-ranging topics such as: "Close to the citizen: values, practices, tools", "Services to the country", "The Center and the Territory", "Generations at work and not", "Personnel management and development".
The director general Vincenzo Caridi commented on this challenging path for the life of the Institute: "It is an important moment for the whole INPS community: the entry of new resources - young and prepared - serves to give a further boost to our growth process.
