The “intelligent” digital assistant for the Single Universal Allowance

The digital assistant for any information on the Single and Universal Allowance is online on the INPS website.

Equipped with generative artificial intelligence, the Assistant understands natural language and is able to personalize the conversation, responding logically to the requests made during the interaction.

Furthermore, thanks to a continuous learning process, citizens, by using the service, contribute to training the system to provide increasingly higher quality responses.

The interview and related data are protected according to the highest security standards, ensuring the confidentiality of the information provided by users.

Users can access the service from the dedicated tab Unique universal cheque.

The intelligent virtual assistant is part of the path undertaken by the Institute to use AI to improve the quality of services, the user experience and the efficiency and impact of performance in terms of user satisfaction.
