The "Projects" related to the "cycle" of Conferences / Meetings of "Aeronautical Culture" with the significant title "THE CONQUEST OF THE AIR - THE SECRETS OF THE FLIGHT" have had and will begin, also for the current School Year, in numerous Institutes Scholastics of every order and degree and in Organisms / Associations / Centers present in our territory.
On this particular occasion the "GIOVANNI ZACCINI" AERONAUTICAL ASSOCIATION proposes the "events" in collaboration with the "Lions Club International" and in particular with the LIONS CLUB "FROSINONE NOVA CIVITAS" whose President, Caterina BRACAGLIA, together with all the Members of the same Club, expressed full satisfaction for the realization of this "Service" which finds ample space in the institutional activities of the International Association.
The performance of this "Project", in fact, falls fully within the "Thematic Areas" which refer to the "Services" of the Lions Club International relative to the world of the "School" and to "Training and Information for the Youth".
The "events" are organized by the "GIOVANNI ZACCINI" AERONAUTICAL ASSOCIATION with its registered office in Ceccano, Via Gaeta n. 153 and which has its own "operational" site at the "Pegaso Flying Club" Airfield consisting, for more than 23 years, in the territory of the same Municipality.
The Association, among the objectives contained in its Statute has, as its main institutional task, the dissemination of the "Aeronautical Culture" in its multiple aspects in general but above all understood as an information / training tool of the realities pertaining to the "Aeronautical World" among the new generations.
The "Courses", held by the President of the same Aeronautical Association, the Commander Antonio ZACCINI, are held according to a program proposed and agreed, from time to time, with the School Directors. In addition to the "interactive" Conferences-Meetings at each Institute's premises, this program also includes guided visits to "themed" Aeronautical and Museum Infrastructures on the national territory.
The basic aeronautical “information” provided during the course, relating to the many useful and necessary elements for a “critical” knowledge of the problems related to flight activities, may among other things be of valid and concrete support for a more correct approach to any future uses connected to the special offers of the "Aeronautical World" in general.
At the end of the "Courses" the "goers" will have acquired, in addition to the historical information concerning the evolution of studies, experiments and realizations of the "flying means", also the knowledge of the physical phenomena related to the different forms of flight from the point of scientific view. In addition to this information there is news relating to a detailed description of the components of the aircraft in general, their operation and the main "maneuvers" envisaged in the correct conduct of the flights. Finally, the various problems relating to aeronautical infrastructures will also be discussed, with particular reference to airport "terminals", airfields and airfields.
With all these specific topics, which will complete the information / training process for the students of "our" Schools, the LIONS CLUB "FROSINONE NOVA CIVITAS" and the AERONAUTICAL ASSOCIATION "GIOVANNI ZACCINI" consider themselves certain that they can positively contribute to the spread of all the modern "knowledge" with a strong relevance for the "aeronautical sciences", in order to provide the most complete and diversified training possible also for the future inclusion in the occupational realities of young people in what has already been defined several times "World Aviation ".
Once the "instructional" procedure has been completed, the "Attendees" of the Aeronautical Culture Course will be issued with the required Certificates whose contents can obviously be included, among other things, in each person's personal "curriculum vitae".
