The Italian University projected in the European future

The Italian University in the Europe of tomorrow. This is the theme that will be discussed on the day dedicated to the future of the University scheduled for tomorrow.

The conference will take place at the Angelicum Congress Center in Rome. To open the proceedings, the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Paolo Gentiloni and the Minister of Education, University and Research, Valeria Fedeli.

During the morning, the round table will also be attended by: Gaetano Manfredi, President of Crui (the Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities); Carla Barbati, President of Cun (the National University Council); Anna Azzalin, President of Cnsu (the National Council of University Students); Andrea Graziosi, President of Anvur (the National Agency for the Evaluation of the University and Research System). Moderator of the discussion, Marco Mancini, Head of the Department for Higher Education and Research of the Miur.

The works will continue in the afternoon as well. Speakers: Giorgio Alleva, Istat President; Giuliano Amato, Judge of the Constitutional Court; Carmelo Barbagallo, Uil Secretary General; Vincenzo Boccia, President of Confindustria; Susanna Camusso, General Secretary of the CGIL; Maria Chiara Carrozza, Professor of Bioengineering and Biorobotics; Maurizio Ferraris, Professor of Theoretical Philosophy; Annamaria Furlan, General Secretary of the CISL; Ignazio Visco, Governor of the Bank of Italy. The interventions will be moderated by Antonio Polito, Deputy Director of Corriere della Sera.

To conclude the day, Minister Valeria Fedeli. The initiative is organized by the Department for Higher Education and Research of the MIUR.
