Mega Police Operation in Colleferro: Six Hundred Kilograms of Narcotics Seized, Six Arrested in Flagrante Delicto

The State Police, culminating a year-long investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Velletri Court, has executed two precautionary house arrests.

The operation, carried out by the agents of the Colleferro Police Station and called “34” from the name of the criminal association with its operational base in the city in the Sacco valley, saw, in 2023, the seizure of over six hundred kilos of narcotic substances including cocaine, hashish and marijuana as well as the arrest of six people in the act of the crime of possession for the purpose of dealing.

Four, however, are under investigation at large for complicity in the criminal activity. The investigations that led to the arrests, conducted with wiretaps and environmental interceptions, with stakeouts and shadowing, have revealed that in the criminal association. There were assigned and well-defined roles: buyers, couriers and custodians of the drugs, mostly coming from abroad. The precautionary measure of house arrest, carried out in the summer, was issued against two of those arrested, a 23-year-old and a 28-year-old, both Italian.
