During the first morning of 22 December, the Carabinieri of the Abbiategrasso Company (MI) executed the order of the precautionary measure of placement in the community issued by the GIP of the Juvenile Court of Milan at the request of the Public Prosecutor of the same name, against of three minors because they are strongly suspected of persecutory acts and aggravated injuries, in competition, against one of their peers.
The facts that gave rise to the provision date back to last May when the victim, accompanied by his father, filed a complaint at the Carabinieri station in Corbetta (MI) for the injuries suffered during a meeting in April with the investigated under the house of his girlfriend, which then resulted in a violent physical assault that was taken with the cell phone by the girl.
He ascertained that the underlying cause of the conduct was attributable to feelings of jealousy nurtured by the suspects towards the victim due to the sentimental relationship he had with his girlfriend, which had induced her to move away from the group of suspects previously attended.
The aggressive behavior of the suspects was preceded by further abuses to the detriment of the boy, consisting of verbal threats published on the victim's social profile, teasing and abusive conduct, implemented both in the school environment and in free moments, which led the victim not to go out. more alone, to radically change his habits of life, up to his transfer to another school to avoid the repetition of further episodes of violence or harassment to his detriment.
The judicial authority has also ordered the imposition of "prescriptions" of the ban on leaving the house in the evening and at night and the obligation to attend interviews with the social services against a further 3 boys, 17 years old, under investigation for the same crimes but with fewer profiles of responsibility, due to their marginal role in the overall affair.
The three children who were the recipients of the precautionary measure, one of whom in the meantime became of age, were placed in the communities at the disposal of the judicial authority.
