On the morning of 25 November, in Pioltello and Bussero (MI), the Carabinieri of the Gorgonzola Station, assisted by the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Pioltello Company, executed a precautionary custody order in prison for the crime of aggravated robbery in competition issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations at the Juvenile Court of Milan against 3 minors, aged 14 and 15, all with clear records.
The investigation, conducted by the Carabinieri Station of Gorgonzola and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office for Minors of Milan, was launched on November 15, 2021, when, following an aggravated robbery committed by a group of young people against a 19-year-old , perpetrated on board a train, an 18-year-old Egyptian was arrested in the act of crime for the same crime.
The subsequent investigative activities made it possible to identify the corpses, who were then recognized by the victim during the photographic identification, as well as to collect serious evidence of guilt against them in relation to the commission of the aforementioned aggravated robbery.
The investigations carried out made it possible to reconstruct that the criminals, acting in a group, after having approached the victim and under the threat of a knife, had had their mobile phone, credit cards, cash and other personal effects delivered, and then disappear on foot.
At the end of the formalities, those arrested were translated at the “Cesare Beccaria” Penal Institute in Milan, as ordered by the Judicial Authority.
Therefore, the activity of contrasting predatory crime by the Carabinieri of Pioltello continues with relentless commitment to guarantee the safety and serenity of the residents.
