Mipaaf: the first two Ismea agricultural bills signed today

The first two agrarian promissory notes paid by ISMEA in the extraordinary aid to businesses for the Covid-12 epidemic.

A signature that arrives in record time thanks to the simplicity of the procedures and the extremely reduced timing, which allowed the first aid to be disbursed only one week after the start of the procedures.

"Quickly guaranteeing liquidity to farms and fisheries is, at this moment, very delicate for the recovery of the country and the relaunch of activities, a fundamental condition," said Minister Teresa Bellanova. "The food supply chain has never stopped in recent months, it is true, continuing to guarantee food but this does not hide the enormous difficulties of some segments, such as flower nurseries or those more closely related to the ho.re.ca. sector.

It is important that companies know and use the tools put in place. And obviously the speed guaranteed by Ismea in handling the procedures is fundamental. If time is never an independent variable, even more so now supporting companies means allowing them to quickly use the extraordinary financial and economic instruments available to them ".

The first two companies that will benefit from this agile financial support financial instrument, which offers immediate credit to companies operating in the agricultural, farm and fishing sector, come from the province of Ravenna and the province of Lecce. They will receive 30 thousand euros at zero rate, a loan with a duration of 5 years, of which the first 2 years of pre-amortization.

Resources that can be added to the bank loan of 25 thousand euros with Ismea guarantee that farms and fisheries can request thanks to the 100 million fund set up with Cura Italia and implemented with an additional 250 million with the relaunch DL.
