“Today we can finally begin to work concretely to resolve the Xylella and frost emergency in Puglia, the crisis in the sheep and goat sector, and in the citrus sector. The crisis bill on emergencies in agriculture, as I promised, was transformed into a law decree and approved by the Council of Ministers. What I have always reiterated was confirmed, namely that we were facing a real emergency, and for me, therefore, the tool to get out of the crisis could only be a decree. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and the attention of my Government colleagues, whom I thank, and who did not hesitate to listen to me for the good of the Italian agri-food sector. Let's talk about facts, concrete measures, which will bring the olive-oil, citrus, dairy and sheep-goat sectors out of the crisis as soon as possible and finally competitive ”. Gian Marco Centinaio said last night on the Agriculture Decree, after approval by the Council of Ministers. “With the approved norms - concludes the Minister - today we intervene with urgent and decisive instruments.
