MIPAAFT: Hundred met with union research organizations on CREA

The Minister of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, Gian Marco Centinaio, met with the Cgil-Cisl-Uil trade union organizations in the research field in relation to the Crea case.

The Minister wanted, first of all, to retrace the latest events that led him to initiate the commissioning procedure following the resignation of all the directors and the President. This is a real need to allow the institution to safeguard the results achieved, to consolidate them and to develop further growth paths.

To this end, the Minister will ensure that financial transfers are not undermined as a whole and at the same time he has assured that the stabilization procedure of the staff already started will not be blocked.

Furthermore, the Minister believes, sharing the organization of the trade unions, to guarantee the organizational stability of the entity itself. The processes of continuous reorganization create instability.

Hundred also wanted to assure the trade unions. that Crea will base its choices on professional competence and on the enhancement of internal staff. A new meeting will be held when the Commissioner takes office.

The Minister then requested and obtained at this stage the maximum collaboration of the trade unions also in order to identify the problems on which the Commissioner will have to concentrate his activity.
