World, Pro Isis Group threatens attacks. Widespread video with stadiums on fire. Moscow maximizes safety standards

High-impact threats by the Islamic State at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. In a video released by the 'Daily Star' online site, the jihadists promise "a massacre that has never been seen before in history". Four minutes of images, analyzed by the Middle East Media Research Institute, show some bombs exploding in and around the Olympic stadium in Soci, while an ISIS drone flies over the spectators. The terrorist group claims in the video that some of its jihadists are in Russia and are planning attacks to be carried out during the World Cup. One of the images shows explosions inside a stadium and the caption: “It will be a massacre never seen before in history”. Another shows a terrorist standing inside Moscow's Luzhniki stadium, grabbing Argentine and world football star Lionel Messi by the hair, kneeling and wearing the orange jumpsuit of prisoners destined for beheading.

In the rest of the video, published by a propaganda channel linked to Isis alongside the usual threats already spread in the past by Isis propaganda at major sporting events, this time there is no lack of direct threats to the Russian president: "Unbelieving Putin, you will pay the price of killing Muslims ”. Russian authorities reassured footballers, fans and members of national delegations that Russia has taken "unprecedented" security measures and prepared for all possible scenarios, including terrorist attacks and hostage-taking. A special safety regime is in place, in particular, in the host cities of the World Cup and in the centers that host the various participating teams. Thousands of police and military officers from the army, navy and air force have been deployed on the territory and will remain on alert until the end of the competition. The authorities also banned the overflight of drones and further restrictions were imposed on public demonstrations. Thousands of surveillance cameras have been installed to monitor all activities related to the world.

Important details provided by the military analyst, Dr. Franco Iacch. “Moscow still remembers what happened on 6 January when a swarm of 13 drones attacked the bases of Hmeymim and Tartus. The 12 stadiums were in fact "sealed". In addition to the electronic jamming systems, Moscow has deployed Pantsir-S1 systems, with a dual purpose. It is no coincidence that specialized sites in Russian have been talking about the new Terminator 3 on Armata chassis for days. The T-3 was developed to counter drones while maintaining the ability to engage air and ground targets. This experimental technology was probably implemented on the Terminator 2 places to protect the stadiums. T-2s are assets designed for urban areas. To be clear: a 2-ton Терминатор 44, armed with two 30mm 2A42 guns, two AGS-17 grenade launchers, 4 Ataka-T anti-tank missiles and a heavy machine gun on a T-72 chassis does not fear any type of Monster V-Bied .

To describe the new anti-drone ammunition of Terminator 3, the Russians use the phrase боеприпасы «земля-воздух» с изменяемой траекторией which we could translate as "ground-to-air ammunition with variable trajectory". It is not clear whether they will be bullets (very likely) or missiles (not economically advantageous). It's the Enormous overkill attrition strategy. Will that be enough to stop the threat?
