The Carabinieri of the Colleferro Company, as part of a broader prevention device established by the Provincial Command of Rome, continue the extraordinary control service of the territory to guarantee greater safety standards in the places of greatest youth aggregation, the so-called "movida"

The extraordinary service of territorial control by the Carabinieri of the Colleferro Company continues, aimed at preventing and repressing crimes connected with the phenomenon of "movida”, from the streets of the center to the busiest ones, to parks, gardens, areas reported by residents for noise at night and public places in the center which, on weekends, are frequented by hundreds of young people also coming from neighboring municipalities.

The budget of the preventive activity is 7 fines for violations of the highway code, for a total amount of over 1.000 euros, 4 people reported for driving under the influence of alcohol and three for the use of narcotic substances.

In more detail, the day before last night in Artena the Carabinieri of the Aliquota Radiomobile caught a 47-year-old local man driving who, after being checked while driving his car, refused to undergo the tests required for the alcohol test.

A few hours later, still in Artena, a 31-year-old from Colleferro ended up in the sights of the same military, caught driving with a blood alcohol level equal to double the permitted level.

Yesterday evening, in Colleferro, in via Latina, the Carabinieri of the Aliquota Radiomobile caught a 41-year-old from Colleferro driving, with a blood alcohol level slightly higher than the permitted one. All three had their licenses withdrawn and the vehicles were entrusted to a person deemed suitable.

During the night, in Valmontone, a 36-year-old foreigner ended up in trouble, caught driving without ever having obtained a driving license, despite having already repeated the same violation in the past. A complaint was also filed against him at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Velletri.

As part of the same control operation, which took place in places particularly frequented by young people, the Carabinieri of the Gavignano and Carpineto Romano stations surprised three young people who, subjected to searches, were found in possession of modest quantities of Hashish. They are a 33-year-old from Pontecorvo (FR), a 23-year-old from Carpineto Romano and a 26-year-old from Valmontone. The narcotic was seized, for all three a report was forwarded to the Prefecture of Rome for the consequent measures.
