Valditara: “It is important to support the entities involved in the construction of the new PNRR schools”
The Municipalities and Provinces involved in the construction of new PNRR schools, in order to encourage educational continuity during the construction phase, will be able to benefit from contributions for the rental of properties or the rental of temporary structures. The Ministry of Education and Merit has made 4 million euros available for this purpose for the 2023/24 school year.
“With this intervention”, declared the Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, “we want to support the commitment of local realities who, taking advantage of the opportunity of the PNRR funds, are building new schools in their territories, safe schools , innovative, inclusive, efficient and sustainable, in the interest of students, teachers and all school staff. While waiting for the works to be completed, it is necessary for these communities to have the means to identify the most suitable spaces to guarantee the continuation of the teaching activity".
