In the framework of bilateral police cooperation between Italy and the United Arab Emirates, the Office for Coordination and Planning of the Police Forces received yesterday 19 senior officials of the National Defense College of the United Arab Emirates.
The delegation is currently carrying out a study visit to our country with the aim of carrying out a series of institutional meetings with various Ministries and Entities, aimed at exchanging experiences on the political, economic and management capacities of the State.
At the meeting, chaired by the Director of the International Relations Department, representatives from the Central Directorate of Prevention Police, the Central Directorate of Immigration and the Border Police and the Central Directorate for Traffic Police, Railway attended , communications and for the special departments of the state police, as well as the representatives of the Emirate Embassy in Rome.
The talks, conducted in a climate of absolute collaboration, have allowed us to illustrate to foreign guests the national security system, the organization of the PS Department and the coordination of the Italian police forces. Particular in-depth studies also concerned the fight against irregular immigration, international terrorism and cybercrime.
