More precisely in Imperia, the policemen of the Sanremo Police Station found the huge quantity of drugs hidden in the trailer of a truck, inside a cavity: 44 vacuum-packed casings for a total of 250 kilos of narcotic substance. The driver was arrested for drug trafficking.
In Taranto, on the other hand, the policemen of the mobile squad, with the help of crews from the Crime Prevention Department of Lecce and the Canine Department of Bari, carried out 3 precautionary custody orders in prison against a 26-year-old, a 48-year-old and a 38-year-old and three under house arrest. All will have to answer, in competition, of detention for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, heroin, hashish and synthetic drugs in pills in the municipality of Sava. Recipient of another precautionary measure, issued by the GIP on the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of Taranto, also the other son of the 48-year-old and brother of the 26-year-old, at the time of the facts under the age of 18, for which placement in the community was ordered .
