"Stories in the Net" literary prize: the collaboration between AIDR and LuccAutori continues

The organizational machine of the 26th edition of the LuccAutori literary festival has started, scheduled in Lucca from 18 September to 4 October. The meetings will be hosted by the Agorà Library, Villa Bottini, Palazzo Bernardini, Isi Barga for an appointment in collaboration with the Giovanni Pascoli Foundation.

The festival, directed by Demetrio Brandi, will be dedicated to Federico Fellini, with the participation, among others, of his granddaughter Daniela Barbiani and the preparation of an exhibition at Villa Bottini entitled "Fellini forever" curated by Stefano Giraldi. At Palazzo Bernardini Alberto Sordi will be discussed with the intervention of Giancarlo Governi. Many guests present in Lucca, which will be announced in the coming days.

On the days of 3 and 4 October at Villa Bottini the 25 winners of the Racconti nella Rete literary prize will be awarded and the short film from the winner of the short section will be screened. Great attention will be paid to the world of youth with the events organized in collaboration with the Passaglia artistic high school for the exhibition "Tales in color", and with the Foundations Mario Tobino and Giovanni Pascoli.

Two awards will be awarded on Saturday 3 October. The Buduàr ​​prize for the best humorous story was awarded to Davide Desantis (Varese) for the short story "Progetto d'Esame", while the Aidr (Italian Digital Revolution Association) award was awarded to the youngest winner, Davide Deidda (Capua) with the short story “Once upon a time there were Kinvert”.

“Thanks to new technologies - says Mauro Nicastri president of Aidr - culture has changed. With the advent of information technology and the Internet, as the 'Tales in the Net' award has proven for some time now, there are more spaces and above all different needs. And therefore, with this small gesture, our hope is to help encourage the digitalization of society and to cultivate an idea of ​​a more advanced culture that can involve everyone ".
