Rome, 8 April 2020 - After the start of the working group yesterday, a new meeting today of the Italian Banking Association and of SACE to analyze the operational aspects and the methods for implementing the measures contained in the “Liquidity” Law Decree in publication in the Official Gazette. The aim is to define the quickest procedures to make the provisions to support Italian companies operational in finding the liquidity and financing necessary to face the Covid-19 emergency and ensure continuity of economic and business activities.
The new approved decree has two pillars: the guarantees offered by SACE and those offered by the guarantee fund for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The work of the Abi-SACE Task Force is aimed at implementing these provisions. The commitment is aimed at making the implementation of these measures faster and more immediate, which in terms of liquidity for businesses provide for the guarantee of SACE, counter-guaranteed by the State.
