Abi and Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca and Unisin banking union organizations are promoting a fundraiser in favor of the populations affected by the flood in the current month of May which has dramatically caused numerous victims, as well as extensive material damage.
With this initiative ABI and Unions, together with the banks and sector employees who wish to join, are expressing closeness and concrete support to the people affected by the flood, renewing their consolidated spirit of presence, participation and solidarity on the occasion of dramatic events.
The initiative also joins other support interventions put in place by numerous banks and provides for the voluntary participation of female and male bank workers with a fee of 10 euros, charged to the pay slip, and employers with an equal contribution.
The reference current account held by the Prosolidar-Onlus Foundation (IT68F0200803284000106557514 – Reason for payment: Flood in Emilia-Romagna) is open to the participation of anyone else who wants to join this initiative by paying their own contribution.
The collection of funds and their destination is in fact taken care of by the Prosolidar-Onlus Foundation (www.fondazioneprosolidar.org), unique in its kind, born from the collective bargaining of the sector and since 2005 dedicated to the financing of solidarity projects.
