The Cagliari State Police has referred a 31-year-old to the judicial authority for the crimes of aggravated injuries and private violence, who was held responsible for the violent assault against a man.
A few days ago a video had been circulating on the net whose images captured a subject who, in a private club, was threatened, hit with a bottle of beer and beaten by a man.
The episode, which took place in the presence of at least 4 other people who did not intervene to prevent the violent gesture, had been filmed with a mobile phone and posted on the net.
After acquiring the video, the policemen of the Mobile Squad undertook the investigative activity, thanks to which the victim of the beatings was identified, who had also reported an evident head injury. It is a 40 year old from Cagliari, known to the offices of the State Police and with psychic problems.
The Postal Police of Cagliari has already taken steps to remove the video in question from the web, published on 23 December via a fictitious account.
