INPS has published circular no. 166/2021 on the "Fund for the income of freedom for women victims of violence".
Established to promote autonomy and emancipation paths for women victims of violence in conditions of particular vulnerability or poverty through economic independence, the income of freedom is recognized by INPS with a maximum contribution of 400 euros per capita per month, in a single solution for a maximum of twelve months, within the limit of the resources assigned to each Region or Autonomous Province.
Intended for women assisted by anti-violence centers recognized by the Regions and by the social services in the paths of escape from violence, the contribution is aimed at supporting primarily the expenses for housing and personal autonomy, as well as the school and training path of any minor sons and daughters. .
The access requirements and the procedures for completing and submitting the application are described in detail in circular 166/2021, as well as the functionalities of the procedure and the relative operating instructions for operators.
To facilitate the electronic submission of applications to INPS, a specific platform for connection with the Italian Municipalities has been set up which will allow the application drawn up by the interested parties to be forwarded.
