This second meeting is part of the cycle of conferences that will involve the whole national territory, organized by the Central Directorate of the Criminal Police, to provide a framework of bilateral and multilateral police international relations and, above all, to update law enforcement operators on communication platforms currently available, tools, techniques and best practices that support international investigations and prevention activities. The operational results of the synergy between the Service for International Police Cooperation and the territorial police forces are highlighted in numerous operations that led to the arrest of fugitives abroad, the disruption of drug trafficking, the criminal networks globally. This operational capacity of the Italian system was underlined by Prefect Rizzi in his speech: “Milan and Lombardy have already proved the efficiency of the prevention and interoperability channels of the international police collaboration present in our country.
