The funds must be used by companies for training or professional updating initiatives for operators aimed at acquiring skills suitable for business management, new technologies, developing competitiveness and raising the level of road safety and safety on the road. work. The incentives do not include training courses aimed at accessing the profession of road haulier and the acquisition or renewal of compulsory qualifications required for the exercise of a specific road transport activity.

The recipients of the professional training actions are the road haulage companies of goods on behalf of third parties, whose owners, partners, directors, as well as employees or employees are part of the national collective agreement for logistics, transport and shipping.

The courses subject to funding must be carried out through company training plans, or inter-company, territorial or structured by supply chains and, considering the current state of health emergency, distance training is the preferred method of carrying out. The training activity must start from April 19, 2021 and end by August 6, 2021.

Applications to access grants must be submitted starting from February 15, 2021 and by the peremptory deadline of March 19, 2021, following the specific procedures that will be published, starting from February 1, 2021, on the website of the RAMSpa Company, and of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

The maximum contribution payable for the training activity is set according to different thresholds ranging from 15 thousand euros for micro-enterprises (with less than 10 employees) to 200 thousand for large companies (with 250 or more employees), while groupings of companies can obtain a maximum contribution of 800 thousand euros. The total expenses relating to the teaching activity must be equal to or greater than 50 percent of all eligible costs.
