Meanwhile, the international work of Iranian President Jassan Rohani continues who, in a live TV speech delivered after yesterday's visit by his Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to Biarritz on the sidelines of the G7, declared "I believe that for the national interest of the our country we must use every tool. If I knew I had a meeting with someone who could bring prosperity to my country and solve the problems of my people, I would not hesitate ”.

During the G7, the Iranian president also met with French President Emmanuel Macron again.

Rohani's intervention aims in particular to defend his minister and the diplomatic efforts of his government from the accusations of the ultraconservatives, who denounce the openings to dialogue with the West on the nuclear deal.
