INPS offices, first reception service without compulsory reservation

On October 15, the First Reception Service was launched in the offices of the Institute, without compulsory reservations, always in compliance with the measures to contain the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The INPS thus reaffirms the social function it performs in the territorial context of reference and its vocation in terms of proximity, support and help towards citizenship,

In the Provincial Departments, Metropolitan Branches, Provincial Branches and Complex Agencies, this new service has been set up at the Front end, instead of the Reception: a desk accessible without the need for a reservation, located at the entrance to the Offices, with the aim of ensuring from the very first contact, in compliance with the containment measures of the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, the welcome, guidance and support for access to information and services of the Institute.

The First Reception will guarantee the citizen information on the services offered by the Institute, through the various contact channels, and reservations at the first and second level line counters for information and consultancy services, as well as printing and receiving of documents or certificates.

To access the line desks, you will need to continue booking through one of the following channels:

  • INPS Mobile App, available for android and iOS systems
  • Internet portal of the Institute (www.inps.it)
  • Automatic voice service or with contact center operator
  • First reception service of the offices.

Those who book for access to the counter can also continue to choose one of the alternative contact methods to physical access on site: telephone contact or online connection (web meeting).

Booking access to the counter via the APP is very simple and is also allowed to those who do not have a SPID / CIE / CNS.

Furthermore, from 2 November, it will be possible to resume, even in presence, the consultancy activity for intermediaries, who will also be able to continue to choose the two additional methods of appointment, with telephone contact and web meeting, already used during the entire emergency phase and now consolidated.
