UniCredit, Eni gas and electricity and Harley & Dikkinson are expanding their partnership, active since 2019, with the aim of maximizing and making more accessible the advantages introduced by the Relaunch Decree in terms of energy redevelopment and seismic renovation of Italian real estate assets.
Thanks to the synergy between the parties, the collaboration had led to a strong development of Eni's gas and light "CoatMio" project, aimed at energy redevelopment and seismic safety of condominium and single-family buildings, thus allowing support for rehabilitation and efficiency throughout the national territory.
With this new partnership, UniCredit will make its financing solutions available to support condominiums, individuals and companies in the execution phase of the works.
At the same time, the bank's customers will be able to make use of the planning and consultancy services, provided by Eni gas and electricity with the help of Harley & Dikkinson, on the technical and fiscal aspects of the project, as well as the implementation of the energy redevelopment measures required by law. In particular, services are available aimed at analyzing and verifying the completeness and congruity of all the documentation required by current legislation and by the implementing decrees of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Revenue Agency (energy performance certificates, APE at the beginning and end of works, technical asseverations, compliance visa, ENEA receipt). In addition, planning consultancy services are also provided on the works that customers intend to carry out, for verifying the correct execution of the same and the achievement of regulatory requirements, up to assistance for the transfer of the accrued tax credit.
