Smart Working, three Aidr honorary members in the Commission of Minister Dadone

Nicastri (Aidr): proud to contribute to the digital revolution of the PA

The new guidelines on agile work within the public administration will also be drawn up thanks to the contribution of three honorary members of Aidr. The Minister of Public Administration, Fabiana Dadone, appointed the members of the National Observatory of agile work in public administrations and the members of the Technical Commission to support the Observatory itself.

Three honorary members of the Italian Digital Revolution Association will sit among the members of the team of specialists: Michael Camisasca, Istat general manager, Ermenegilda Siniscalchi, Head of the Department of Civil Service e domenico de masi, emeritus professor of sociology of work, La Sapienza University - Rome. The task of the body will be: to establish the indications for the implementation of smart working within the public administration, in the light of previous experiences, to develop the skills of public personnel, to indicate the tools for evaluating organizational performance. The team will also verify the implementation status of the POLA (Organizational Plans for Agile Work) developed by the bodies, monitoring the achievement of the objectives. "The appointments of Minister Dadone make us particularly proud - underlines the President of Aidr Mauro Nicastri.

We are sure that the honorary members of our association will be able to offer an effective contribution in the design of the new organizational model that will concern the management of work in the public sector. On the other hand, in recent years, thanks to the contribution of Domenico De Masi, Michele Camisasca and Ermenegilda Siniscalchi, even within our association we have had the opportunity to deepen the revolutionary value of the smart working model. It is - continued Nicastri - a new approach to work management, which not only implies an appropriate knowledge of technological means, but must be accompanied by a different organization of the models used up to now.

The epidemic has accelerated the digital transition process - in one of the latest online events hosted by our association, Nicastri finally recalled, together with the contribution of De Masi, Camisasca and our Aidr members, we stressed the need to accompany the processes of change, with a broader reflection that takes into account the needs of work and man. We are sure that the Commission, to which we wish a fruitful work, will offer a great contribution in this direction. "
