After the long Sunday of phone calls and remote meetings, finally the signing of the general agreement and the joint declaration: because a clear leadership of the M5S is essential for the democratic stability of the country. The tension had reached its maximum threshold after the support of the 5S ministers in the Cdm of the texts of the Cartabia reform, greeted with favor by Grillo, the page of the Genoese comedian was then literally flooded with protests.
The agreement reached reconciles everyone a little and gives a leading role to the 7 wise men, Luigi Di Maio and Roberto Fico above all. The network will vote, on a platform other than Rousseau, first on the Statute and then on Conte's leadership. The role of president of the M5S is ready for the former premier.
So Conte on his Fb page: "Now there are the conditions to start again: full political viability of the President of the Movement, clear distinction between roles of guarantee and roles of political action, great enthusiasm and clear support for the political project. The M5S will rise stronger: we must not do it only for ourselves and for what we believe in, but to give Italy all the strength of our ideas of redemption and change ”.
Luigi Di Maio highlights: "Now we must remain united and affect the government, a new course is starting for the Movement". Roberto Fico, enthusiastic: "We can still do a lot, now let's all row together", emphasizes the Speaker of the House.
In all this, few have read the statute, the only certainty is the guarantee to Grillo of the role of Guarantor.
