A premier too clumsy, tense, with an inappropriate lexicon and far from the measured and well-timed one he had accustomed us to in previous unified networks releases.
The excessive prudence of the Government and the need to highlight that the responsibilities will be to be found only in those who mitigate the indications of the Dpcm, have a background. There are two main causes.
