The Casamonics ask 10 million euros for the Rays for the eight houses razed to the ground

A year ago in November, eight illegal houses were demolished which constituted the headquarters of the # familyCasamonica. Six hundred agents of the municipal police, four teams of blacksmiths, 20 work vehicles for the demolition, worked from dawn to late to reduce the empire of one of the most famous families in the capital to rubble. The event was attended by the mayor Virginia Raggi and Matteo Salvini.

The Casamonica are now also asking for damages to the Municipality: ten million euros. This is the maxi compensation that Luciano Casamonica is ready to ask the Capitol after the operation that a year ago led to the demolition of the villas in via del #squaring. Meanwhile, a warning was sent to the mayor Virginia Raggi "to immediately remove the concrete barrier that prevents access to the land assigned to residential and residential buildings to the elevated building that was illegally demolished".

Luciano Casamonica relied on the lawyer Luca Di Carlo who commented: "The Municipality of Rome will have to compensate my client for all the damages, we will ask 10 million euros, and they are also few. In the absence of a timely response to the request, Luciano Casamonica will be forced to act with the competent magistrates for the protection of his rights, including compensation. And without further notice".
