Yesterday, after a complex investigation, the State Police proceeded with the arrest of DO, responsible for causing the fire that 21 October 2019 wrapped around the roof of the Cavallerizza Reale in Turin, in the area of the stables and of the ex post-work circle. The man was identified by the Commissioner of Genoa Center during a control, following which it was found that in its load there was a tracing for the execution of a retainer disposed by the public prosecutor of Turin.
The activity is part of the investigation initiated by the Commissioner of Turin Center, coordinated by Dott. Hulls of the Prosecutor of Turin in the aftermath of the fire, during which were heard some occupants of the cd Granai, already attenzionati due to an investigation by the Turin Public Prosecutor concerning the theft of electricity (a few days before, the Commissariat's staff had proceeded to interrupt, upon delegation from the Judicial Authority, some abusive connections present in the structure). Among these, there is also the detainee who reported being homeless and staying overnight in the facility for about a couple of months. Regarding the fire, the man reported to be unconnected with the facts and have since returned to the Riding for hours 6: 00 morning, after spending one night at the Murazzi.
This version, however, was denied by the movies of the cameras installed by personnel of the Commissariat of Turin Center, a business survey aims to investigate a possible drug dealing activities in Riding. From the recordings, in fact, we note the DO head towards the door of the Cavallerizza structure known as the Temple, pour the liquid in a glass bottle and then groped to set fire with a lighter, but he failed. After a couple of hours, the man is captured as it heads into the Granaries cd area, moving in darkness and lights off and on the flaming. Later on he is seen to have moved away from a door of the Granaries, the one from which the flames of the well-known stake will start.
