Tourism: Hundred, today an important day for Italian tourism

“Today is an important day for Italian tourism. The Delegation to Tourism law was approved in the Chamber, which contains very important amendments, fundamental for the whole sector, for too many years without a strategic and programmatic vision up to par. Thanks to the work carried out by my Ministry, the commitment and the food for thought of colleagues in Parliament and the rapporteur and group leader in the Productive Activities Committee, Hon. Giorgia Andreuzza, Italy will finally be able to equip itself with a tourism law that will give concrete impetus to what I believe to be one of the most important sectors in our country and make concrete what has been done all together in recent months ".

This is what the Minister of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, Sen. Gian Marco Centinaio declares. “We have decided to look at the weak categories, at the territory, in all its forms, at the roots, just to mention a few measures, in order to give a specific and no longer abstract direction to the whole sector. Accessible tourism, rural tourism, health and spa tourism, experiential tourism, ict tourism, and root tourism will each respond to the needs, characteristics and peculiarities of each traveler, leaving nothing to chance. In less than a year we brought home the identification code, the tourist card, the tax credit "- continues Minister Centinaio, -" we are continuing to work on important international promotion agreements, we have relaunched Enit, today it is the turn of the proxy law on tourism. We continue to work seriously to bring home concrete measures, not empty promises, which will lead tourism to increasingly become one of the leading sectors of the Italian system ”.
