After a complex and detailed investigation activity initiated by the District Attorney's Office of Trento, directed by the Public Prosecutor, Dr. Sandro Raimondi and coordinated by the Central Directorate of the Prevention Police/UCIGOS of the State Police in synergy with the DIGOS of Trento, Genoa, Brescia, Trieste and Treviso, also collaborated in the operational phase, also by the Special Department of the NOCS of the State Police, the Trieste anarchist DOLCE Luca, who has been on the run since 2021, was identified near Bordighera, in the province of Imperia. he formed himself politically in Trieste as an exponent of the local social center and has become an integral part of the Trentino anarcho-insurrectionist group since 2009, gradually establishing himself as a true charismatic leader. He also becomes a leading figure within the national anarchist galaxy where he is strongly involved in propaganda and the diffusion of ideological thought, contributing to the drafting of numerous writings and publishing numerous texts and articles very often characterized by instigator and apologetic profiles.
During a period of detention, expiated in 2019, he maintained a constant production of writings mainly aimed at anti-prison issues, intended for area sites, in particular attributable to the Trentino anarchist group; this activity is a clear expression of an insurrectionary ideology based on direct action. The various investigative activities have made it possible to ascertain the presence in Trentino of a deep-rooted anarcho-insurrectionist organization dedicated to carrying out attacks and damage also in parallel with protest activities in the streets as well as proselytism and ideological propaganda.
A solidarity network intrinsic to the association has also been identified, aimed at providing economic and logistical support to the fugitive members. The Triestine DOLCE Luca is firmly inserted in this broad context and, with a leading role, has produced and disseminated copious documentation of a subversive nature carrying out precise logistical and operational functions. The same, after an initial imprisonment, maintaining relations with the Trentino group, becomes a point of reference for the Triveneto: in this capacity he also assumes the role of connecting figure with the contiguous realities of antagonism and Marxism-Leninism both at the local level what a national one. This was a transversality that he had already covered between 2013 and 2018 when he had correspondence with well-known prisoners belonging to the Red Brigades. The investigations highlighted the coordination role of DOLCE Luca at a national level in the context of anti-prison activities by promoting initiatives and maintaining strong links with important representatives of the area. The anti-prison issue constitutes one of the main protest fronts of anarchist groups and the revolts that occurred in the March/April 2020 period contributed to the decisive resumption of anarchist struggles: it is no coincidence that DOLCE, in the recent past, was detained inside the prison of Modena, a prison facility where the bloodiest episodes occurred. Of absolute importance are the conduct characterized by the use of violence on the occasion of public demonstrations resulting in invasion of land and buildings, littering, resistance to a public official, lighting of dangerous things, seditious gatherings and carrying of objects capable of offending.
For all these crimes DOLCE was convicted in various criminal proceedings. Among these it is worth mentioning the League demonstration in December 2018 in Rovereto: on that occasion a group of around 70 people belonging to the local anarchist movement, organized with helmets and sticks, carried out violent actions aimed at destabilizing the political meeting going into physical confrontation with the police
present. With a sentence of 2023, DOLCE himself was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for crimes relating to public order for the disorders relating to the year 2016 when the Trentino anarchist association participated in the demonstration against the borders which took place at Brenner. Yesterday the subject was tracked down near Bordighera and with him a counterfeit identity document was also found which he used to conceal his true identity, allowing him to move absolutely undisturbed and to continue to maintain relationships with the various anarchist groups in the area national by strengthening its leadership figure within them. At the same time as his capture, various searches were carried out in Trento, Trieste and Liguria conducted by Digos personnel aimed at crystallizing places and contacts functional to Dolce's fugitive status. The Trieste anarchist was associated with the Imperia prison while awaiting immediate trial as he was responsible for possessing false identification documents. At the same time he will have to serve a sentence of 3 years and 6 months for convictions that have become final, as well as atone for the measure precautionary in prison pending for other proceedings.
