Pizzo Calabro (Vibo Valentia) will host this year 'Everyone to school', the annual inauguration ceremony of the school year. Tomorrow, starting at 16.30 pm, the school community of the Omnicomprensivo Institute of the city will welcome the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, the Minister of Education, Patrizio Bianchi, and some delegations of students, representing institutions from all over Italy.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on Rai Uno and will be conducted by Andrea Delogu and Flavio Insinna.
The protagonists of the event will be the schools selected by the Ministry of Education for having created the best educational courses on the issues of legality and citizenship. With the video clip "Different but basically the same" the girls and boys of the Comprehensive Institute "5 Bologna" - Secondary School "Testoni Fioravanti" in Bologna will demonstrate how in a multi-ethnic context diversity can be experienced outside stereotypes . The pupils of the “IO Griselli” Institute of Montescudaio (PI) will promote a reflection on the rights of children through singing and acting. The Comprehensive Institute "Jannuzzi - Mons. Di Donna" of Andria (BT) will propose a choreography that expresses inclusion and trust on the notes of "Take care of me" by Simone Cristicchi. The flag wavers of the Istituto Comprensivo 2 Sant'Agata de 'Goti (BN) with their flags of Italy and Europe will focus on the theme of citizenship, while the girls and boys of the Istituto Omnicomprensivo Statale "Bruno - Vinci ”Of Nicotera (VV) will tell how they conceived and created“ Bat Stick - difficulties don't make a difference ”, an electronic stick for visually impaired people. The work of the XNUMXth “Archimede” Comprehensive Institute of Syracuse will retrace the life experience and commitment of mothers, wives, sisters of mafia victims, messengers of legality. Finally, with the students of the “Paolo Frisi” State Institute of Higher Secondary Education in Milan, who had the opportunity to train with chef Davide Oldani, we will make a foray into Made in Italy.
To join the school party there will also be some Olympic and Paralympic champions of Tokyo 2020, accompanied by the President of the Italian National Olympic Committee, Giovanni Malagò, and by the President of the Italian Paralympic Committee, Luca Pancalli: Caterina Banti, Monica Graziana Contrafatto, Marcell Jacobs , Vincenza Petrilli, Stefano Raimondi and Giulia Terzi. The footballer Leonardo Spinazzola, champion of Europe with the Italian national team, will also be present.
