France, Germany and Luxembourg are the EU countries that could welcome SeaWatch migrants. The negotiation is still in progress. Meanwhile the ship remains 500 meters from the coasts of Lampedusa.
Another node is the application of the security law decree bis and the initiatives of the judicial authority. The security decree bis provides that the competent prosecutor must be an anti-mafia district directorate, therefore that of Palermo will be affected and not that of Agrigento, which long ago had accused Salvini for the Diciotti affair.
The SeaWatch risks, now, a fine from 5mila up to 50mila euro between commander of the ship, shipowner and owner. The decision, according to the new law, is in the hands of the prefect of Agrigento Dario Caputo.
