The campaign also involves the use of information technology through the Us Cyber Command, which can intercept hackers from the North Korean spy agency, the Reconaissance General Bureau, and invade their computers with traffic that can hinder their access to the internet. . The directive also includes instructions for diplomats to bring up the North Korean issue at every opportunity and urge the end of all relations with Pyongyang.
