Vinitaly, the minister Centinaio tomorrow at the fair for the closing of the event

The Minister of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, Sen. Gian Marco Centinaio, will be present tomorrow, Wednesday 10 April, at the Mipaaft stand on the ground floor of the PalaExpo (San Zeno entrance), to conclude the Vinitaly 2019 edition.

The day will open in the talk show area, at the 11, with a scenographic moment: a choreography by Vespe by "I Viaggi di Tels", an association of study holidays and linguistic internships that promotes original tourist itineraries and itineraries, in riding the traditional and iconic 50 scooters, discovering the wine routes, as a clear homage to the Made in Italy tradition. Also in the talk show area from 13 to 13.30 unlive cooking by Borsa Merci Telematica with Chef Carlo Bresciani, who will cheer up guests and visitors by proposing the preparation of excellent blue fish in combination with Dop and Igp products. At the same time, the tasting room will host from 11 to 14 the "guided truffle tasting" with the renowned and valuable products of Urbani, from the 1852 world reference point for truffles.

A moment of entertainment in the conference room, from 12 to 13, for the presentation of “Plonk”, the first Australian Wine Related television series “Cellars”, curated by Own Air, with a focus on wine and cellars in a comedy key. The Mipaaft stand will then host in the afternoon, until closing, the international forum “Wine & Landscape” organized and promoted by Paysage, the international magazine of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design, which will take place from 13.30 to 17 in the talk show room.
