Francesco Belleggia was taken to prison

This morning the Carabinieri of the Artena station took Francesco Belleggia, who was under house arrest, to prison. The Carabinieri have executed the Order issued today by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Appeal of Rome. The provision derives from the ruling of the Court of Cassation, issued yesterday, which annulled the ruling of the Court of Assizes of Appeal, limited to the granting of the generic mitigating circumstances granted to Marco and Gabriele Bianchi with referral to another Section of the same Court for a new trial , in reference to the murder of the young Willy, which occurred on the night of 6 September 2020. In fact, Belleggia had been arrested by the Carabinieri of the Colleferro Company in collaboration with the Bianchi brothers and with Mario Pincarelli (currently in prison).

At the end of the formalities, Belleggia will be placed in custody at the Velletri prison.
