Costa Rica and El Salvador relocated their respective embassies to Jerusalem in 1984, and then returned them to Tel Aviv in the 2006. At present no embassy is in Jerusalem, although those of Paraguay and Bolivia are in Mevasseret Zion, a suburb 10 km west of the city.
