From September 2023, new parents will receive a communication via email inviting them to submit the application to apply for the Single Universal Allowance or to supplement the benefit already received for other dependent children.
This is an initiative that INPS takes on with the aim of facilitating access to the Single Universal Allowance on the occasion of the birth of a child and which underlines the importance for the Institute of placing the citizens' needs, placing the emphasis on timeliness, efficiency and anticipation of user needs.
This service is made possible thanks to the new Proactivity Platform, funded by the PNRR, which, in compliance with the regulations in force regarding the processing of personal data, guides citizens in accessing the rights and benefits available and which identifies birth as a key event to activate the right to the Single Allowance.
All interested citizens can easily join the proactive services by accessing the MyINPS area on the INPS institutional website, where they will find all the information necessary to give their consent and start benefiting from this new service method.
