What emerges from an article published yesterday, the Russian secret services are infiltrating entire convoys of tankers loaded with oil through the border post of Hairatan, on the border with Uzbekistan: from there the oil would be delivered almost free of charge to shell companies that they belong to the Islamist movement, which would then sell the fuel, yielding 2,5 million dollars a month which ends up directly in the pockets of the Taliban leaders to buy weapons and pay their fighters.
