The Agrigento State Police has enforced the arrest decree against a Tunisian, accused of aiding and abetting illegal immigration, who, in conjunction with other subjects, transported other non-EU citizens to Italian territory on board a boat coming from the Tunisia.
The investigations of the policemen of the Flying Squad at the Lampedusa Hot Spot started following the landing of 12 migrants on 16 October and during which it emerged that the Tunisian had driven a boat.
The man was taken to the district house of Agrigento.
