For the relaunch and the future of the weekly markets of lower Lazio, a meeting of the Ana executives of Latina and Frosinone to take stock of the situation on the markets of Gaeta, Fondi, Formia, Terracina, Cassino and Pontecorvo
The provincial ANA of Latina and Frosinone express great concern about the contents of the Unified Text on Commerce which will be discussed at the Regional Council meeting convened for next Wednesday 2 October.
The text, unanimously approved by the X ^ Commission, is the result of a serious prejudice against the street vendors of our Region who are not recognized the rights to automatically renew the existing concessions - already established and implemented by Legislative Decree n. . 114 / 1998 and already established by other Regions - limits are set on concessions, serious discrimination is introduced for the redevelopment of the markets (reserved only for the daily and local markets), access to funds for Business Networks is prevented (also they are provided for the daily and local markets operators only) and lastly foresee a very serious violation of the Constitution as it excludes the No Bolkestein Associations from the regional and municipal consultations tables.
For these reasons the leaders of the National Ambulances Association and itinerant operators will participate in the garrison that will take place next Wednesday in front of the headquarters of the Lazio Region in Via della Pisana, in conjunction with the holding of the Regional Council of Lazio.
Meanwhile, the ANA is engaged in the action of revitalizing the markets of the lower Lazio, having already carried out a participatory initiative of consultation with the questionnaires carried out among the street vendors of the markets of Fondi, Terracina, Formia and Gaeta. In recent months, contacts have continued with the respective Municipal Administrations for the solution of the problems raised and discussed with the Mayors.
Added to these markets are the vicissitudes concerning the weekly markets of Cassino and Pontecorvo.
To take stock of the situation on the markets and on the new Consolidated Law, the provincial leaders of Latina and Frosinone will meet in Fondi, next Friday, 4 October, in Fondi, at the Hotel Martino Club.
