The Senate has approved the sixth decree which extends until 31 December 2023 the shipment of arms to Kiev. With 125 votes in favor and 38 against the decree for the transfer of military vehicles, materials and equipment to the Ukrainian government authorities was converted. The decree provides that the shipment of weapons can take place in derogation of law n. 185 of 9 July 1990, through inter-ministerial decrees involving three departments: Defence, Economy and Foreign Affairs. Now the decree will pass for the approval of the deputies of the Chamber.
