The recipes - Happy Pappe are a balanced meal designed specifically for children aged 4 to 36 months, cooked following the steps that, on pediatric indications, every mother takes in the home kitchen, from the selection of ingredients, to the technique and to the cooking. Homemade recipes, steamed, without salt and without preservatives, controlled and balanced.

The production follows the ADAP regulations (Foods Intended for Particular Nutrition) of the Italian Ministry of Health, which guarantees safety and nutritional values. All the ingredients used are certified organic, suitable for feeding for early childhood, and subjected to a very strict control and analysis protocol.

In the Bofrost catalog there are five recipes based on vegetables, legumes, meat and fish.

  • Rice cream with vegetables from the vegetable garden, gluten-free, with zucchini, carrots and fennel grown in the field. Prepared with vegetable broth, rice flour and cheese, it has a creamy consistency and represents a tasty and balanced meal.
  • Barley soup with peas and vegetables. A pappa source of fiber, thanks to pearl barley, perfect for eating legumes to the little ones. The vegetable broth based on peas, carrots, zucchini, fennel and beets, together with the peeled peas, complete the recipe and make the pappa tastier. With vegetable broth based on pumpkin, carrot and zucchini, flour with cereals (rice, corn, durum wheat semolina, barley and oats) rich in fiber and the lean and digestible meat of the veal.
  • Grains of oats with white sturgeon and zucchini. A complete baby food designed to let the children eat fish. The white sturgeon has a very lean and digestible meat, without thorns and soft consistency. Vegetable broth, zucchini, carrots, potatoes and beets, together with oats, complete the jelly making it rich in nutrients.
  • Goodnight velvety. A gluten-free recipe, made with vegetables grown on the field, in Italy. Prepared with vegetable broth of carrots, spinach, potatoes and fennel, rice and corn flour and tapioca, vegetable soup (potatoes, spinach, zucchini and carrots) and cheese. All ingredients with a natural soothing effect that make this meal recommended for the evening.
